Summary

The Service Coordinator ensures the delivery of outstanding service and builds strong lasting relationships with clients by coordinating with clients, laboratory staff, and support groups. Providing great customer service.

Essential Job Duties

Service Coordination

  • Receive data packs; perform section specific triage of data packs, including updating all systems.
  • Coordinate with the Log-in department to clarify correct login process for applicable section and help resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide required test paperwork and supplies if applicable.
  • Assist with sample details' ensuring testing is done accurately.
  • Act as a liaison between the client, sections, and internal support groups. Direct calls, questions, and concerns as appropriate.
  • Contribute to department/section goals as reflected on the section dashboards.
  • Provide status updates and preliminary data to clients
  • Assist with the sample return process to clients to ensure samples are returned accurately and promptly.
  • Assist with updating systems to reflect correct study dates
  • Competent in GLP Login process.
  • Assist with change orders and pricing revisions in CRM.
  • May assist with one of the following - 5S, safety coordinator and SCRUM coordination.
  • May assist with requesting PDS documents and protocols for the section.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Know and follow applicable regulatory requirements (GMP, GLP, ISO, etc).
  • Know and follow company policies and procedures.

Professional Development

  • Complete training prior to performing procedures.

Complete required training in a timely manner.

Education & Other Requirements

High School Diploma and one year applicable experience or A.A. /A.S. or B.A. /B.S. degree (public relations, communications, business, or other applicable degree preferred.)

  • Must be able to multi-task and be self-motivated
  • Time management- must be able to respond to voicemails, emails and other communications in a timely manner.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand and walk 30% of the day and 70% sitting or at a computer. Also, must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
